Global Capsules Ltd is able to offer its customers a complete range (Size # 00, 1,2,3,4,5) of capsule shell with capacity of 600 million per month for all applications over and above global strength combined with local expertise. GCL capsule shell have locking system in both cap and body, i.e. double lock, which gives better performance during encapsulation in high speed filling machine.
Our capsules are packed with three layers, which ensure air seal as well as maintain quality up to 5 Years. The Outer layer is with strong heavy wall corrugated box, the middle layer is thermo-cool box and the inner is 100 micron non-static polyethylene bags.
A capsule is a very sensitive product and it must be protected against excessive heat and humidity. For storage we recommend a temperature between 15°C to 25°C and a relative humidity between 35% and 65%. Do not leave open inner bags in non air-conditioned areas.
For filling, we recommend a temperature between 22°C and 25°C and a relative humidity between 40% and 50%. To maintain the capsules initial specifications, temperature and relative humidity have to be adjusted together.
